Terms of Service

The terms and conditions will be effective from April 12, 2025.

Article 1 (Purpose)


The purpose of this agreement is to define the rights and obligations between the company and the users, the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by 'ProjectHub Inc.' (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company'), and other necessary matters.


Article 2 (Definitions)


(1) 'ProjectHub refers to the services provided by the company, including the platform (www.proj-hub) and other websites managed and operated by the company.

(2) 'Member' refers to a person who accesses 'ProjectHub' and uses the services provided by 'ProjectHub' in accordance with the terms of service.

(3) 'Client' refers to a member who joins to search for personnel or posts job advertisements on 'ProjectHub'

(4) 'Partner' refers to a member who accepts an offer from a 'Client' to perform work or submits a resume in response to a job advertisement.


Article 3 (Specification and Revision of Terms)


(1) 'ProjectHub' will post the contents of the terms, including the company name, representative's name, address of the business location (including the consumer complaint handling address), phone number, email address, business registration number, online sales business registration number, and the person in charge of privacy management, on the initial service screen (front) so that members can easily check them. However, the terms may be made available to members through a linked page.

(2) Before a member agrees to the terms, 'ProjectHub' must provide a separate linked page or pop-up screen to ensure the member understands the important content specified in the terms and receive confirmation.

(3) When 'ProjectHub' revises the terms, the revision date and reason will be specified, and the revised terms will be announced along with the current terms on the initial screen from 7 days before the effective date until the effective date. However, if the terms are revised in a way that is unfavorable to members, the revision will be announced with a minimum prior notice period of 30 days. In this case, 'ProjectHub' will clearly compare the content before and after the revision to make it easy for members to understand.

(4) The revised terms will apply only to contracts concluded after the effective date, and the previous terms will apply to contracts concluded before the effective date. However, if a member who has already concluded a contract wishes to apply the revised terms and sends their consent to 'ProjectHub' within the announcement period, the revised terms will apply.


Article 4 (Membership Registration)


(1) A 'Member' applies for membership by filling out the membership information in accordance with the registration form set by 'ProjectHub' and indicating their consent to these terms.

(2) 'ProjectHub' may cancel or terminate the membership agreement if false information is provided during registration or if someone else's name is used.

(3) The membership agreement is established when "ProjectHub's" acceptance reaches the member.

(4) 'ProjectHub' may require real-name verification, identity authentication, and other necessary information from those wishing to become members or from existing members. The procedures and methods will follow the relevant laws and regulations.


Article 5 (Restriction of Use)


'ProjectHub' will restrict the use of its services in the following cases:


(1) If a member promises a meeting or contract with another member and then interrupts it without mutual agreement.

(2) If the service is used for illegal activities prohibited by domestic law.

(3) If the service is used with the intent to interfere with "ProjectHub's" operations.


Article 6 (Personal Information Protection)


(1) 'ProjectHub' will protect personal information in accordance with relevant laws and the 'Privacy Policy'

(2) 'ProjectHub' has implemented a security system to protect personal information and will publicly disclose and comply with the 'Privacy Policy' Additionally, unless specified in the 'Terms of Service' or 'Privacy Policy,' personal information will not be disclosed or provided to third parties.


Article 7 (Provision of Services)


'ProjectHub' provides a service that facilitates information exchange and contract agreements between 'Clients' and 'Partners'


(1) A 'Client' can post job advertisements to find a 'Partner' to carry out the project they are commissioning.

(2) A 'Client' can propose a meeting to a 'Partner' for the performance of the project.

(3) A 'Partner' can register their profile, portfolio, career details, etc., to perform the "Client's" project.

(4) A 'Client' can propose a contract or meeting to a 'Partner' for project execution.

(5) A 'Partner' can accept the contract or meeting proposed by the 'Client'


Article 8 (Service Interruption)


'ProjectHub' may suspend the provision of services in the following cases, and will not be held responsible for service obligations during the suspension period:


(1) When maintenance, inspection, replacement, regular checks, or service modifications of information and communication facilities such as computers are required.

(2) When the provision of services becomes impossible due to hacking, natural disasters, national emergencies, power outages, equipment failures, or traffic overload.

(3) When service suspension is unavoidable due to significant business needs such as division, merger, transfer of business, or business termination.


Article 9 (Mediation of Service Contracts Between Members)


(1) 'Clients' and 'Partners' will use the mediation service of 'ProjectHub' to conduct meetings.

(2) A 'Client' can directly request a meeting and contract with the desired 'Partner,' and once the 'Partner' approves, the process will proceed.

(3) 'ProjectHub' does not guarantee the results of contracts mediated through its service and assumes no responsibility for them.


Article 10 (Obligations of 'ProjectHub')


(1) 'ProjectHub' must make every effort to provide goods and services continuously and stably in accordance with the laws and the 'Terms of Service'

(2) 'ProjectHub' must implement a security system to protect the personal information of 'Members' and ensure they can safely use internet services.

(3) 'ProjectHub' will not send unsolicited commercial electronic emails for advertising purposes to 'Members'


Article 11 (Obligations Regarding Member's ID and Password)


(1) The responsibility for managing the ID and password lies with the member.

(2) Members must not allow third parties to use their ID or password.

(3) If a member becomes aware that their ID or password has been stolen or is being used by a third party, they must immediately notify 'ProjectHub' and follow any instructions provided by 'ProjectHub'


Article 12 (Obligations of Members)


Members must not engage in the following actions:


(1) Registering false information such as member information or project details.

(2) Interfering with the operations of 'ProjectHub'

(3) Posting or disclosing information that is contrary to public morals on 'ProjectHub'

(4) Speaking or transmitting information that is contrary to public morals during meetings.

(5) Crawling to collect member information.


Article 13 (Sanctions for Violation of Member Obligations)


If a member violates the obligations specified in Article 12, 'ProjectHub' may impose the following sanctions:


(1) 'ProjectHub' may restrict the member's use of the service for a certain period or permanently.

(2) 'ProjectHub' will notify the member of the sanction through the registered email.


Article 14 (Paid Services)


(1) 'ProjectHub' will post and announce the fees for all paid services on the site. When a 'Member' purchases paid products or services, 'Company' may change the announced service fees for purposes such as system investment, marketing, revenue growth, and service activation.

(2) When a 'Client' sends an interview request proposal to a 'Partner,' a credit fee per project will be charged.

(3) When a 'Client' checks the project bid proposal received from a 'Partner,' a credit fee per project will be charged.

(4) If a 'Client' requests 'ProjectHub' to find a development team through the 'Development Team Request,' a commission of 5% of the total project will be charged to the 'Client' upon project contract completion.

(5) If a 'Client' requests 'ProjectHub' to find a development team through the 'Development Team Request,' a commission of 5% of the total project will be charged to the 'Partner' upon project contract completion.

(6) The commission for requests made through 'Development Team Request' must be paid by the 'Client' through the payment method designated by 'ProjectHub' (bank transfer, credit card).

(7) Contracts through the 'Development Team Request' will proceed as a separate project or service contract between the 'Client' and the 'Company'


Article 15 (Provision of Information and Advertisement Posting)


(1) 'ProjectHub' may provide necessary information and advertisements to Members via email, application notifications, or other methods while they are using the services.

(2) If a Member does not wish to receive such information, they may submit a written request via email or apply for unsubscribing through [Dashboard > Profile].


Article 16 (Dispute Resolution)


(1) 'ProjectHub' will establish and operate a compensation processing mechanism to reflect Members' legitimate opinions or complaints and compensate for damages.

(2) 'ProjectHub' will address complaints submitted by Members. However, if prompt handling is difficult, the reason and processing schedule will be immediately communicated to the Member.

(3) In case of a dispute between 'ProjectHub' and a Member, if the Member requests damage relief, the dispute may be subject to mediation by the Korea Fair Trade Commission or a dispute mediation organization commissioned by the local government of Korea.


Article 17 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)


(1) Any litigation arising between 'ProjectHub' and a Member shall be filed in the court of the country where 'ProjectHub'’s headquarters or operational office is located.

(2) The laws of the country where 'ProjectHub'’s headquarters is located will apply to any litigation between 'ProjectHub' and a Member.

(3) In the event of an international dispute, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration, which will take place in the country where 'ProjectHub'’s headquarters is located.


Chapter 18 (Credit Service)


(1) 'Credits' are virtual currency purchased by Members to use paid services provided by 'ProjectHub' Credits are used as a payment method for specified service fees within the platform.

(2) Members can top up their credits using payment methods provided by 'ProjectHub' The topped-up credits will be credited to their account. Credits are non-refundable and must be used within the validity period.

(3) Members can use their topped-up credits for paid services offered by 'ProjectHub,' such as sending interview requests or checking bid proposals. The types of credits available and conditions may vary by service.

(4) Topped-up credits are valid for 1 year from the recharge date, after which they will automatically expire. Unused credits within the validity period are non-refundable.

(5) Credits that have been recharged for more than 7 days from the payment date are non-refundable.

(6) If some credits are refunded within 7 days of the payment date, the remaining credits can be refunded. Used credits are calculated at a rate of $1 per credit, and the refund will be processed without applying a discount for the remaining credits. The refund amount is calculated based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase.

(7) Members cannot transfer credits to other Members. Credits can only be used as a payment method for services provided by 'ProjectHub'

(8) 'ProjectHub' may award or provide credits based on specific events, promotions, or member levels. Related matters will follow separate notices or terms.

(9) If a service using credits is changed or terminated, 'ProjectHub' will separately notify Members regarding the return or handling of the credits associated with the service.
