The Company converts users who have not used the service for one year into dormant accounts and separately stores their personal information. After being stored separately for 5 years following the conversion to a dormant account, the personal information will be destroyed.
The Company notifies users of the conversion to a dormant account, the date of conversion, and the items of personal information to be separately stored via email, text message, or other methods available at least 30 days prior to the scheduled conversion.
If users do not wish to convert to a dormant account, they can log in to the service before the conversion. Additionally, even if the account is converted to a dormant account, users can restore it by logging in, with their consent, and continue to use the service normally.
In order to facilitate smooth business operations, if the Company outsources the processing of personal information, it will notify the users in advance about the outsourcing party (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service Provider') and the content of the outsourced work.
